For the past eight years, my primary focus has been on serving the blue light community, an environment that presents both remarkable rewards and unique challenges. I've worked with individuals from various backgrounds and walks of life, and this rich tapestry of experiences has deepened my understanding of the challenges that people working in this sector face.

In addition to individual counselling, I also provide clinical supervision, where I aim to challenge and support fellow therapists in their work. My goal is to create a safe and secure space where you can openly discuss your anxieties, uncertainties, and experiences without the fear of judgement.

My journey has led me to explore various aspects of mental health, including the connection between mental health and exercise, as well as the impact of the menopause on our long-term mental and physical well-being.

I've also had the privilege of sharing my insights and expertise as a guest speaker, writer, and presenter on mental health topics at conferences, podcasts, local and national radio, national TV, and in UK magazines. These experiences have reinforced my commitment to raising awareness about mental health and supporting those in need.
